Winter is here and we are not cruising for the first time in a couple of years. We are watching our friends sail through Coffs on their way to the warmer queensland weather and I think we are both getting jealous!
Hi & welcome! We’re the V’s. Peter & Kylie & our 2 kids Mia (6) & Joel (4).
In 2018 we are spending 6 months travelling the Queensland East Coast on our yacht ‘Jura V’- yep even the boat has a surname.
We’ve taken leave, packed up the house& said goodbye to our vege garden & chickens, enrolled Mia in distance education & are hoping we can all put up with each other for 6 months!
Now this isn’t the first time we have explored on ‘Jura V’, 10 years ago she was our home for an adventure reaching as far as Tonga in the Pacific. You will find all our old stories on the “Our Journal” page.
