Have just woken up after a bumpy night, got in to Jervis Bay at 10.30pm last night. Trip took us 11 hours with an average speed of 7.5knots. Our maximum speed reached was 11.7 knots

Already learning lessons the hard way! NEED to set wind alarms, auto pilot does not tell you when the boat is overloaded. We surfed down a wave at 11knots only to hit the wave in front and broach...resulting in a broken spinaker pole. That burns this months budget!!

Just about to drop the mooring and head over to Callala Bay to pick up Eugene and Marisa. Looking forward to doing some snorkelling and swimming and catching up on missed meals from yesterday.
